A gourmet dinner with a four-course menu served in the Carosello 3000 panoramic cabins. A journey toward the top of the Mountain and in the tastes of the dishes that have been the signature of the starred chef Mattias Peri. A dream of the chef, prematurely missed in 2015, that finally came true.
